Policies
Shop Policies
- Taxes are applied to every order.
- Items purchased from Missions and Merch store, The Field, and all Youth Merch Stores and fundraiser webstores have various processing and shipping timeframes. Please refer to shipping note in section.
- The turn around time for completion of customized orders is 7-14 days. Please take note that this may change depending on the quantity of your order(s).
- After submitting your order and agreement forms, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours for confirmation.
- Orders for delivery outside of a 10 mile radius of Cohoes, NY will be charged a delivery fee.
Fundraiser Policies
- All fundraisers, whether traditional or digital, conducted through Missions and Merch website, www.missionsandmerch.com, will receive a (contractually agreed-upon portion of proceeds) donation.
- Each fundraiser will have a specified timeframe for execution, including a start and end date.
- All digital fundraisers will be provided with a basic fundraiser webstore at no initial cost. However, profits will be recouped per sale according to the Missions and Merch profit recovery chart. Premium sites are available for a prepayment fee of $49.
- To provide a pickup option for your supporters, each fundraiser must have a physical location to serve as the designated pickup site.
- Missions and Merch will offer free delivery to all pickup locations within a 10-mile radius of Cohoes, NY. For locations beyond this radius, a $15 delivery deduction from profits will be applied for every additional 10 miles.
- Donations will be disbursed once production is complete and all items have been delivered.
- Proceeds obtained from fundraisers hosted by Missions and Merch are intended for general charitable purposes and can be used at the discretion of the Receiver.
- Missions and Merch will not retract its donations; all agreements and commitments outlined in the Official Fundraising Program Agreement are final.
- Upon receiving and accepting donations from Missions and Merch, we kindly request that all entities send an acknowledgment letter within 14 days. This letter should include a formal tax receipt for the monetary donation received.
Production Guidelines
Production
- All items are made to order. Before production, a mock-up will be sent for approval. Proofs for review will be emailed up to 3 times. Production begins upon final approval of graphics and agreement of production time.
- ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS!
- If your order includes items with different production times, the longer production time will be followed for pickup/delivery.
Graphics/Artwork
****For best results, send high res SVG or PNG images with a transparent background****
- Missions and Merch is not responsible for quality issues as a result of bad quality/low resolution file(s).
- Intricate designs will receive a notice if the decal is not cuttable.
- You will be contacted regarding any issues with your graphic.
- A proof for review will be sent up to 3 times. Please be sure to reply. You will have sufficient time to review the mock-up and request modifications. Failure to approve artwork will extend the processing time of your order. M|M will not edit your artwork, neither will production begin until final approval. Once approved, all artwork will be printed as agreed.
Copyright/Trademarked Images
DO NOT submit an image that is copyrighted or contains a trademark that you do not own. If you place an order using a known copyrighted/trademarked image that is not yours, your item will not go into production.
Non-copyrighted/trademarked images will be deemed as your personal artwork. By confirming approval for production, you declare that you have the copyrights over the artwork submitted! Missions and Merch will not be held liable for any copyright/trademark infringements!
In addition, Missions and Merch will not produce merchandise containing the following
-Copyrighted/Trademarked Material: DO NOT submit any images that contain copyrighted or trademarked content that you do not own. For example, if your artwork includes logos, insignia, photographs, or artwork/graphics that are not your own, your merchandise will not be produced.
- Abusive Imagery: Do not incorporate anything into your design that can be considered harmful, threatening or violent, harassing, abusive, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, discriminatory, profane or considered to be bullying.
- Private and Confidential Material: Refrain from including any confidential or private information (such as work specifics, credit card details, intimate images or images taken without the subject's consent).
- Graphic Content: Avoid any design elements that contain obscene, indecent, sexually explicit, or any other inappropriate content.
- Advertising: No advertising or promotion of third-party goods and services in your design
- Foul and indecent Language: Do not incorporate any text into your design that is foul, indecent, harmful, threatening, violent, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or profane.
Shipping Policy
- Items bought from the Missions and Merch store, The Field, and all Youth Merch Stores and fundraiser webstores have various processing and shipping timeframes. Please refer to shipping note in section.
- Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Missions and Merch is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- If you are using PayPal, please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
- Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates.
Return Policy
Something not quite right with your order?
Notify us if your order arrives defective or damaged.
*Please note: Each item is made to order just for you, therefore orders are not eligible for replacement or refund unless there is an error on Missions and Merch behalf.
Additional Policies
- Missions and Merch is not responsible for merchandise ruined during washing. (Please message us if your order arrives damaged prior to washing).
- Refunds are not issued for merchandise that has been worn.
- Full refunds are only issued for items with visible defects seen from unopened packaging.
- To qualify for a replacement or 50% refund, items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be in the condition in which it was sent.
- Discounted & sale items are final and cannot be returned or replaced.

HOW DOES M|M USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Missions and Merch only collects the contact and order information you provide. This information is used for processing your orders, which involves managing your payment details, coordinating shipping, and sending invoices or order confirmations.
